4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we strive to keep our customers happy and can review issues on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there are any issues upon receiving your items or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us HERE  We will be happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

6. How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders within the lower contiguous 48 states, we offer free shipping on orders over $99. However, free shipping is not offered to Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands. If you place your order before 3pm Eastern, it will be shipped the same day. Please allow up to 2-3 days after the order has been shipped for delivery, as the time frame may vary depending on your location and the shipping origin.

Orders are typically processed the same day but can take up to 1-2 business days on busier days, and THEN your order will ship immediately.

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

8. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my order?

As mentioned earlier, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us  and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate *Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed! GOAT is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

9. What size am I? What sizes are available from Grit Of A Tiger? How do I care for my apparel?

Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! Grit Of A tiger premium streetwear hoodies and t-shirts are preshrunk and are unisex for a cozy fit. Our hoodies and tshirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL. We recommend checking our size guide for detailed measurements to ensure the perfect fit. SIZE CHART HERE. We do not offer returns or exchanges, please email us for personal sizing assistance if unsure!

Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and/or air dry. OR check the individual tag for best care instruction! For best results, machine wash cold with similar colors, use mild detergent, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the graphics and fabric quality. We are not responsible for incorrect washing.

We use premium cotton blends for our hoodies and 100% organic cotton for t-shirts, ensuring comfort, durability, and a high-quality feel. Our fabrics are selected for both performance and style.
